In April 2008, the new version 1.4.0.0 of the Fantastic ROM Indexer program is released.
This new version includes:
- Emulator compatibility is now caps-insensitive.
- Emulator selector icon is updated.
- Emulator loader looks finished.
- A new feature that let the Image Health be searched.
- Advanced Search window size fit all content.
- The program is more responsive.
- Ability to randomly-select a ROM in the ROM-list.
